About Scarpari Brothers Wines

Sam and Louie Scarpari launched their wine brand during the pandemic, seizing the opportunity to collaborate on this long-held aspiration. Sam, the Chief Winemaker, brings over 16 years of global winemaking experience, having worked in renowned regions like France and the USA. He also has an established brand, Seraphim Wines. Louie, responsible for strategy, sales, marketing, and design, has been involved in the wine industry since 2001. The brothers source their grapes from prominent Victorian regions, including Heathcote, Yarra Valley, Mornington Peninsula, and King Valley, with production taking place at their winery in Shepparton.

Their history

Sam and Louie Scarpari's passion for winemaking can be traced back to their childhood in Shepparton, where their Italian heritage deeply influenced their upbringing. Their father, an enthusiastic winemaker, would craft wines in their backyard, ingeniously bottling them in repurposed beer bottles. As they grew up their father’s wine evolved into a business, where they were exposed to independent winemakers who ignited their passion for wine. This early exposure to the art of winemaking instilled in the brothers a profound appreciation for the craft and a dream of one day creating their own wine brand.
